Pricing
Free events are free. Every other event pays once, at publish. There is no card until then, no per-attendee bill, and no invoice after the event.
Free event
$0
Up to 100 tickets, from any source. Imports, invites, walk-ins, and the door all count. Every feature is on.
Full event
$1,999
Paid once, at publish. Covers the first 500 tickets. After that, $1,000 per further 500, charged to the saved card as the event grows.
Yearly plan
$4,999 a year
Unlimited events, each including its first 500 tickets. Growth is billed the same way. The plan pays for itself at three events a year.
What an event pays
The fee for one event, by the number of tickets it ends up with. Tickets from every source count.

Selling tickets through Convova
Convova keeps 3% of each sale made through its store, taken by Stripe before the money reaches your account. Stripe's own card fees apply as on any Stripe account. Tickets sold elsewhere and imported pay nothing extra, and free tickets pay nothing.
How paying works
- Create a host and build the event in draft. A draft is always free.
- Publish. Pick free or full. A full event opens Stripe Checkout, which takes the card and saves it. That is the only time a card is asked for.
- As a full event grows past each 500, the next block is charged to the saved card and Stripe emails the receipt. The event page always shows the fee so far and how many tickets it covers.
Questions
- What counts as a ticket?
- Every ticket issued for the event, whether it was sold here, imported from Luma or Eventbrite, sent as an invite, or added at the door. A revoked ticket still counts.
- What happens when a free event reaches 100?
- Tickets already issued keep working and the desk keeps working. Adding more people waits until you upgrade the event to full, from the dashboard.
- What if a growth charge fails?
- Stripe retries the card. Issuing continues meanwhile. If Stripe gives up, adding people pauses until the card is updated on the Payments page.
- Can I cancel the yearly plan?
- Yes, from the Payments page. The plan stays on until the paid year ends. Buying the plan does not refund event fees already paid; it covers events published from that day on.
- Do prices change under an event?
- No. Prices apply from the day an event is published. An event already paid keeps its terms.
