Convova

Pricing

How Convova makes money, with today's numbers.

These are the terms since 2026-09-23. A change in the numbers reaches the fees charged after it. The steps are in Publish an event, the words in the Glossary.

Who pays

The host pays, per event. Attendees never pay Convova: a ticket costs what the host charges, and a free ticket costs nothing. Tickets sold elsewhere and imported, invites, and walk-ins are not sold by Convova and carry no share. The size of a host, the number of members, and every feature are free.

How money moves

WhenAmount
Free eventnevernothing, up to 100 tickets from every source
Full eventonce, at publish$1,999, covering the first 500 tickets
Growth blockas the event grows$1,000 per further 500 tickets, charged to the saved card
Yearly planonce a year$4,999; every event included up to 500 tickets, growth billed the same; pays off at three full events
Store shareper sale through Convova3% of the sale, deducted by Stripe before the payout

A free event costs nothing. The host pays the fee, the blocks, and the plan. The store share comes out of money the host is receiving, so it is the one charge that scales with sales rather than with the event. A free event has no priced ticket. A full event pays whether or not it sells anything.

The principles

  • The event pays, never the sale. A host that sells nothing through Convova still pays for a big event, and a host that sells a lot pays the same fee plus the share.
  • Nobody guesses a size. A host publishes, and blocks are charged as the event grows, each with a receipt. There is no estimate and no bill after the event.
  • The card is taken once, at the first paid publish, never at sign-up.
  • A change in the numbers reaches the fees charged after it: the base fee is the price on the day of publish, a block the price of the day it is crossed.
  • No sales calls, no quotes, no contracts. The pricing page, the publish screen, and this doc read the same numbers.
