Convova
Sell on your own site

For your agent

A skill that teaches any coding agent to build on the Convova API.

If an agent builds your site, give it the Convova skill. It is a folder in the open Agent Skills format, which Claude Code, Codex, Copilot, Cursor, and most other coding agents read: a SKILL.md with the rules that hold everywhere and three references it opens when it needs them, the quickstart, the endpoint reference, the selling flow, and API keys.

Install

Copy the files into your agent's skills folder. For Claude Code, in your project:

mkdir -p .claude/skills/convova/references
cd .claude/skills/convova
curl -sO https://convova.app/skills/convova/SKILL.md
cd references
curl -sO https://convova.app/skills/convova/references/quickstart.md
curl -sO https://convova.app/skills/convova/references/api.md
curl -sO https://convova.app/skills/convova/references/selling.md
curl -sO https://convova.app/skills/convova/references/api-keys.md

Other agents use the same folder under their own path, such as .codex/skills or .cursor/skills; the files are the same.

Then ask for what you want: "Build a landing page for northlight-summit-2027 on Convova with the schedule, the speakers by tag, and a ticket checkout." The agent reads the skill, fetches the event from the public API, and knows the envelope, the time and money rules, and the checkout steps.

What is in it

  • SKILL.md: the rules that hold everywhere, what never to do, and how to check the result.
  • quickstart.md: fetch an event and its schedule and render sections by tag, with a complete example.
  • api.md: every endpoint and every shape, generated from the API itself.
  • selling.md: the five-step checkout and what can go wrong.
  • api-keys.md: adding attendees from your own registration form.

The references are generated from the same OpenAPI document the API serves, so they are never behind the API. Fetch the files again after a Convova release to pick up changes.
