Run a host

1. Anyone signed in creates a host: a name, an address such as /hosts/northlight, and optionally a description and a website. They become its owner. The address never changes; the logo is added in the host's settings.
2. Owners invite members by email, as owner or member. The person gets an email and, after signing in, sees the host's events in the dashboard.
3. Owners connect Stripe on the Payments page, choosing the country once, and pick a plan there when they want one.
4. The host's public page lists its published events.

Rules: the last owner cannot leave, be removed, or be demoted. Anyone can leave; what they wrote stays. Stripe cannot be disconnected while a published event has a visible product. A suspended host keeps its data, but its public page goes dark and it cannot create, publish, or sell. Only Convova suspends, outside the app.
